On 6 November 2025, the 2nd CADMUS physical project meeting took place at Algebra Bernays University in Zagreb, bringing together partners from four countries. The meeting was an opportunity to review the progress of the CADMUS project and to coordinate the next steps towards fulfilling its ambition: strengthening digital resilience in SMEs and the public sector.

Building on the recently conducted skills gap analysis and insights from the labour market and education sector, the CADMUS partners have started the design of targeted training courses that address concrete gaps in cybersecurity competences. These courses are structured around clearly defined learning outcomes and role profiles, aligned with ENISA’s ECSF framework, and tailored to the real-world security challenges that organisations face every day.

The consortium is currently finalising a detailed training delivery plan that translates these insights into practical trainings, contributing decisively to a more future-proof cybersecurity posture across Europe.
